thegreenva Hi, I'm Chris. Think of me as your right-hand person. As a Virtual Assistant, I am a masterfully skilled administrative expert. My expertise is based on 20 years of top-level administrative support experience and training in the financial, insurance and manufacturing industries. My positions have included executive assistant, administrative assistant, office manager, case manager for a financial consultant, and training assistant. Furthermore, this experience is complemented by strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to superior performance through focused, dedicated effort.
Because of my years of experience working with executives, small business owners and financial consultants, I know and understand the procedures and processes that are necessary to run your business, and I will implement systems to handle your work flow. I can then take care of the day to day administrative tasks of running your business. In addition to 20 years in the business world, I have also been through the rigorous, industry-specific training and certification at AssistU – the only organization training and coaching VAs.
Partner for Success
I do my best work and create the greatest value for clients when I work in long-term and collaborative partnerships. In order for this type of relationship to work at a distance, there needs to be the creation of a real partnership, where I can know you, your business, your customers, and can really be involved in your success. The relationship is dynamic, the partnership and results of the partnership can be powerful. The value of a collaborative partnership is that it is goal-oriented; I get to know what you’re doing, where you’re going, and I proactively support you in getting there.
Once the partnership is established, Virtual Assistance works wonderfully well, skipping over geographical barriers easily with the use and immediacy of email, fax, and Internet. Working virtually allows us to be in touch as easily as if we were sitting 20 feet from one another.
Client Relationship
I only work with a handful of clients in ongoing collaborative relationships. My clients retain me for a block of time each month (usually 10, 15 or 20 hours). This allows me to collaborate and schedule the workflow for all of my clients to meet their schedules and deadlines.
We start this process by scheduling a consultation where we can get to know more about each other and our businesses. It is a way to see if we would be a good fit. It’s our business to protect the planet. All of us have a part we can play in protecting the environment— even small businesses! thegreenva strives to be as environmentally friendly as possible. Here’s a practical menu of ways to go green:
Use less of everything, particularly natural resources. Buy recycled when possible. Toner cartridges, paper goods, plastics and more are available
recycled now. Recycle as much as possible. of paper. Go paperless, and save files electronically instead of printing. Support vendors who have green policies in place. Turn off lights, computers and appliances when not in use. Have more plants around the office. Drink from reusable mugs and glasses rather than disposable ones. Use a projector rather than printing presentations. Turn off your computer and monitor every night. During lunch breaks and meetings, turn
off your monitor.
